I did make a purchase, but needed to leave an irreplaceable heirloom engagement ring for them to create my new wedding band. I was very nervous about returning this heirloom through the mail. And when it did not arrive on the day (or next day) promised by the post office, these jewelers went out of their way to track the package (including call the post office!) and kept me updated at every step.
