"The brand is beautiful and the materials of good quality, but the service is terrible, I always came here because the staff was nice and good service, but suddenly they changed the staff and the service is terrible, they took me out of line, then they jumped me and in the end after 20 minutes I managed to get them to take my information to put the charm that I had on my bracelet I think the deal was like that because I didn’t come to buy I just came to place, I don’t know, but still 2 weeks ago the service was good"

"James Avery has so many beautiful, high quality pieces to choose from. The charms are my favorite, because you can collect them over time. They provided same day pickup service to add a few new charms as well. Love it!!"

"Honestly I always go to one specific location. This was my first time at this one and I needed a simple cleaning personally the first two women I encountered my initial drop off and another time to purchase ehhh. But when I went to pick up my items the young lady was AMAZING ! And my jewelry has never been cleaner like it looks so good better than new. She also realized I was missing a back and even offered the option to purchase one which I didn’t know was a thing lol ! Why ? Because the first drop off for my cleaning no one said anything or even offered."

"Walked in was not greeted by any of the 4 employees there. Waited 10 minutes to get help while at the same time other customers walked in and were helped immediately. 1 employee walked up to the case I was standing by and put up a pencil in the container and didn't even ask if I needed help or anything and walked off. After about 15 minutes I was finally asked by an employee that was previously occupied by a customer if I needed help. I asked if they normally ignored customers based off of looks. She said say she did see that happen and was sorry the other employees ignored me. I have always been greeted immediately when walking into any location but after this experience at the vineyard location I will not be returning and will take my business to a location where they don't help customers based off of looks."

"I have been to James Avery quite a few times and always felt welcomed. This review is really to point out my sales associate Caryn and her lack of great costumer service. Caryn if you are reading this, work on smiling and making the costumer feel welcomed. You were very bland with your personality and not a very friendly representative. As customers we come to spend money at a location such as this one so we are expected to be greeted properly and welcomed with kindness. Not sure if I will be returning to this location."
