"I cannot recommend Rialto enough to any buyer who is in the market for high quality stones and service. I first came here on a whim in early 2023 to build a Jade pendant for my girlfriend as an anniversary gift. April was quick to help me find a handful of jade stones that fit what I was looking for and shipped them to their store for me to look at. After picking the one that I thought fit best, she suggested the perfect build as well as an accent diamond which fit my budget. The final product was amazing and my girlfriend was very happy with it. My second time working with them was building an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancée. I wanted a lab grown kite cut diamond and they did not have any in stock but they offered to shop around for me and try to find one that fit what I was looking for. Alas, nothing came up and I had to shop on my own for one. After finding the stone I wanted and ordering it, upon it arriving to my place I immediately brought it in to be inspected and Rialto staff quickly began helping me design the perfect ring around it. They were in communication with me the entire time and making suggestions through the whole process which I greatly appreciated, because I do not know anything about jewelry. Rialto is a store ran by a hard working and kind staff who truly care about your experience as well as making sure you’re ecstatic to leave their store with what you wanted. "From my first visit to Rialto 4 years ago for jewelry repair, I was impressed. But yesterday, they have truly gained a customer for life. There was a little mix up that happened back in November. "My husband got my wedding ring here and he wanted to add bands on each side. I prefer thicker bands but was struggling finding what I liked. April and Luis worked nonstop to find what I was envisioning but just couldn’t explain and we got close but not perfect UNTIL April suggested removing stones and building the EXACT thing I was looking for! I really worked their poor jeweler with all my changes but man oh man it was COMPLETELY worth it because I absolutely LOVE the final outcome and can’t wait to see how my Family Ring comes out next. "Luis was fantastic to work with in making and creating a custom piece for my fiancé. He helped me find the perfect radiant cut center stone and two beautiful tapered bagels to compliment it. I came in several times to select the stones and make small changes and alterations to the design from side stones to the finish, and he was incredibly gracious and helpful through the process.
