"I put a nice necklace with a cross on layaway. After 6 months of paying it off the necklace was replaced with something else. They switched necklaces. Make sure you take a photo of your layaway. These guys switch things. They move manager's around. They are crooked. I didn't have proof but they did. So sad. Never again."

"Just unloaded a bunch of old jewelry (rings, earrings, chains, etc) with Max and came home with a very nice bit of cash. Max was professional and thorough. I even came back to sell one more ring because the nearby jewelry store offered me little more than half of what she did! Kudos!!"
"Selection here is pretty small. The good stuff is not very well organized behind their counter and it always feels like I'm in somebody's way when im looking at the stuff hanging in the back. Other than that the staff is very friendly and look eager to help in any way they can. It's an ok selection but just kinda small."
