"I’ve been going to James Avery for many years now. This is the newest location I’ve been going to, every time I go I have the same issue with the same manager. Today at 11:20 there was only two people on the registers with a long line, while the manager walked around with an iPad not helping her team out. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a high ponytail with a black lace long sleeve. When I asked her how long it was gonna take or if there was anyone else to help with the line she said that I’m going to just have to wait until I’m next. After waiting 30 minutes I left because the line did not move once."
