"Unbelievable. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The staff gal I just spoke to was absolutely rude and down right hateful. I was confused about why I’m getting text messages about my puppy and his shots. I was under the impression he was current as of my last visit and she informed me he was still missing his parvo shot I tried to tell her I thought he got all his shots at his last visit and she kept being rude and said she didn’t understand why I was complaining. I was not complaining I was asking her questions. The way she acted is not professional and she should not be in the line of work if she doesn’t want to speak respectfully and answer clients questions. Looking for a new vet with helpful and caring staff. This place has really gone downhill since I first came here years ago. And I just found out the gal I spoke to was the office manager. Rude and disrespectful."
"My experience there was devastating. I went there with my tiny 3 pound chihuahua who needed urgent help because he was having trouble breathing and was in extrmeme distress. We were the only ones there and it was before closing time. We waited as the front desk person let the vet know we were there. The vet would not see my boy who was gasping in my arms. The front desk people were extremely sweet and apologetic as they let me know they were told to send me to animal emergency. He died in my arms as I was driving across the I-74 bridge. I'll never know if he could have been saved."
"Dr. Amador was amazing when she was treating our dog. We brought him in on a Saturday and she called me Sunday morning to follow up and recommend a medication that helped him. We ended up having to make the end of life decision a month later, but she was compassionate and made us feel at ease with the difficult decision."
"Would never recommend this place to anybody! They have no sense of urgency when your animal is very sick. When my dog died they never even called me, I found out hours later because I had kept calling repeatedly to ask how she was doing. They also had my dogs results in hand but kept telling me they weren't in yet, only found out because I requested all records. This place may look nice and everybody may seem nice but they are incredibly shady. I hate to even think how my baby was treated while dying isolated and alone."
"My two year old wire fox terrier, Paxton, has been a patient at City Line since he was 6 weeks old. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff at City Line. They are great with Paxton and always very patient with him. The facility is beautiful and spotless. There prices are extremely affordable, and I love their wellness packages. I know I can trust them 100% to take care of him! 10/10 recommend!"
