"I loved living in my little house for the past 3 years. We only moved due to job circumstances. The management company was so easy to work with. We were approved very fast and they were always polite and respectful. Their prices are fair and they do not go up on rent an egregious amount. They did not cut us out of our deposit at the end and send it to us right away. The posted photos are from when we moved out. I will definitely recommend working with this company to find your new home. I work in apartment management myself and I've definitely recommended VP management to several people."

"They did nothing while i lived there to stop the bully in apt d from Harassing me or others throwing food all over his drums or leaving his bathroom vent on 24 hours a day... He was on a house arrest and ro and still threatened other tenants... He acts sweet and innocent when cops and landlords come but he is a Narcissistic liar... why dont you live next to this pos and see what its like...."

"Horrible landlord. They refuse to fix anything at all. I have 3 children living in my home with me and my oven stopped working and they refuse to fix it! Leaks in my ceiling that they refuse to fix! Mice problem since the day I moved in and they refuse to do anything about it!! They even lied on me in court when they tried to evict me! They have called the police on me for trespassing on my own property! They are the most shadiest slumlords I've ever have!! Recommend renting from someone else"

"They threatened to raise my $900 rent per month to $1050 per month until they heard I was going to find a different place, and then offered me a whole whopping $10 off per month to stay. Not helpful at all with any problems, and they would just tell me it was the previous landlord’s fault/problem. Paid a pet deposit and security deposit, and then got charged $500 for animal hair on all floors of the house, including the basement. We had wood floors and I hired a cleaning service to come clean for good measure, so glad that money was put to good use. The landlords are shady. Monica was the one I was dealing with most of the time. Very unprofessional attitude and unreasonably disrespectful. Will screw you over when they have the chance if your money is involved. They were so bad that I had reported them to HUD. Also, they never seem to be in their office or answer their phones. Would avoid them at all costs if possible. Also, please notice all of their 5 star reviews were posted at the same time. Seems pretty suspicious, doesn’t it?"
