"We had a two year old Whippet that we wanted to let off leash and teach recall. We found out about Jimmie through a neighbor that highly recommended him. Jimmie met with us to discuss what we wanted to accomplish with Maggie. He had Maggie walking with a training collar and off leash on his first training session. After 10 sessions with Jimmie we are able to let a Maggie out in the open to run without worrying she will come back on our recall. We highly recommend Jimmie."

"Awesome, professional, & effective trainers!!! Heidi and EJ are amazing! Our stubborn frenchie attended their board/train program at the end of May and they are a Godsend!! We were a little skeptical about whether or not our boy would listen to us after the training, and I can truly say that it has allowed for a better relationship with our dog. He actually LISTENS to us!!! We’ve adhered to the daily training; he actually loves the attention that he gets from the training time. He no longer gets on the couch, UNLESS invited by us (only done twice since he’s been home). We’re still working on the recall command when he’s out in the backyard, but overall it’s been so much better. I HIGHLY recommend their training with the caveat that as the owner you have to follow their guidance on training after going home with your fur baby. It was money well spent!!"

"I am SO thankful for Complete K9. I am a HUGE proponent of good customer service and they are IT, you guys. They answer emails as fast as they can, are incredibly professional, and definitely know dogs. I was impressed from start to finish. We rescued a 1.5 year old mini Aussie who needed a lot of help on leash and following through with basic commands (I.e. door crashing and listening to us when we are telling him to not chase the cat.). Heidi and EJ were so kind and helpful to us in really training us how to train our dog. They were straightforward and didn’t make us feel silly for not knowing how to train our bud. "This company is very awesome, focused and professional. Never at any moment from the time of first contact till the pick up we experienced anything off putting. The location and boarding site is top notch and definitely committed. The customer relation skills are 5 stars for sure. The owner Heidi works wonders, and is very committed in your needs. Now for our pup (Cane Corso) in training, she is a completely different dog. She is still very much herself but when it comes time for training and commands to listen to she is a whole different dog. Before she wouldn’t even take a step on a leash, now she is on point and engaged. Best obedience training I could recommend for sure."
