"I was just in the Burleson location trying to buy shotgun shells for a skeet competition at 18 years old. The employee told me that I was too young to purchase ammunition or long arms per state law. Texas state law says that an 18 year old is legally allowed to purchase ammunition and long arms. The employee was not only lying to me by saying it is a state law rather than a Walmart policy, but was extremely rude during the conversation."
"I use a wheelchair, so I like to use their electric cart(they have long lasting batteries)! I almost always find what I need & more! The store, bathrooms and parking lot is always clean."
"Had an appointment at 8:00 AM to get 4 tires replaced. No cars were in front of me. Car didn’t go in for service until 8:22 AM. Was completely at 10:20 AM. One half an hour a tire. Crazy slow. Hard to find good help these days. Make sure you don’t plan anything else for the day! When done the car was left unlocked for the 15 minutes it took to check out. They also forgot to put the used tires back in the car. I now have ave a life time balance and rotation but I guess it will take up several days of my life to get that done. After all that they changed me $12 to reset the TPMS system. Had to go back for a refund because they didn’t do it."
"They have most things you would need. Most employees are helpful & fairly friendly. Hate the self checkout tho. And them they wanna then check your bags & ticket? Rude!! And you don't get a discount for self-check either. So one more rude point. It's all made me avoid going to Wal-Mart when i can. I'd rather give my money to a live cashier!!!"
