"The staff was not very personable.The beds are very firm! The room was still a good value overall."

"Linens stained. Towel bar and hanger hook on door were broken off. Someone sleeping in lobby most of day. Breakfast items sparse, others were empty. Out of juice & regular coffee. Not very clean. Loud staff."

"Breakfast was gross. Biscuits were dry and tasteless. Eggs were tasteless. Sausage looked like soy. Apple juice tasted old. Yogurt was about the only thing edible. Coffee was okay. Not satisfying breakfast. Hallway smelled "strange". Once inside the room that smell disappeared for lack of carpet, likely."

"We checked-in around midnight and the process was easy. Their setup is they have a window like drive thru where you have to tell them your info, they do not allow people immediately to go inside so you require to stay outside until they got your card then you will be asked to get in. We got our room, it was a superior king room. We were so tired and just want to relax, but as a habit we check everything from bed to toilet. The bed was a disaster, at first glance you will see that it was a good looking white then when you looked at it there's yellow stain from bed sheet to the pillow case. Then the towel in the toilet was a fighting color of white and stain. We went to the lobby and ask for new sheet but they offer a new room. The new room have a better sheet but the comforter have a small yellow stain and the refrigerator was not cleaned fully. And I would like to add the smell of the carpet in the hallway, I was glad that the room have a hard floor so it lessen the smell. It was a rough night that supposed to be just a rest it ends up with stress. We were supposed to stay for two nights but we left the day after our checked-in. Note that when you call to your (their) call center you do not have any option to get refund unless you talk to the lobbyist of the hotel. Internet was good - I think that's what I can just say good."

"Friendly service, friendly staff, clean room, food is your typical continental breakfast. It's a budget motel (that i think I paid more than I should have based on condition), so it's not perfect and I don't need to pick it apart- we know we get what we pay for. However, I wasn't thrilled with the floor- the planking was bowing up, but worse some pieces were actually able to lift up making them a trip hazard. They should be replaced, along with the clean (but stained) sheets. This hotel stay was a last minute choice due to circumstances beyond my control, so in a pinch it worked. The friendly atmosphere would draw me back, but the rooms need some tlc for the price I paid."
