"Nice front desk guy let me check in early with my dog so I could get to work on time. Room 109 . Lots of available lighting in room and outside. . Two entrances. I parked in back for easy entrance. Parked in front at night. Floor was slippery in some spots and sticky in others. Can see daylight through the doors and they let in cold air from outside. Very stained bedding and mattress. I was exhausted and had a comfortable sleep nonetheless. The sound of the freeway can be heard constantly. Dog has been scratching since we left and I woke up to find bite marks on my shoulder though I never saw any bugs in the room."
"I’m going to give them 2 stars because they renovated. They don’t have clean towels available or clean sheets. I was checked in to a 2 bedroom. 204 first. The sheets on both beds has not been changed and the room has a smell. The second room was 206. The shower does not work, the sheets were dirty the pillows had got tracks on them. I took the sheets off the bed to find a mattress pad full of urine. I did go to from desk. The informed that they don’t have any extra sheets, mattress pads, towels. I went back to the office they told me that they didn’t have anymore rooms. My car and another car was the only cars in the parking lot. I literally only sent one person there. However, they did offer me a refund. That’s just horrible though, they renovated the place but didn’t buy the important and sanitary things to get the right business."
"This place is a great hotel. Nice clean rooms with an awesome pool. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. You can swim and watch the planes coming in to land at the airport in Burleson."
"A/C in my our room wasn't working properly, called front desk and Bold was quick to change us to a different room with a much better A/C unit. Rooms were decent for the price, customer service was excellent, overall positive experience. Would recommend to friends and family."
