"I have been a customer since they opened this location and have always received the best service. The last two times , I have been approached by a man I am presuming to be a manager. He stopped to see what was in my cart and preceded to grab things close by telling me I needed this as well as he was putting them in my cart. Last week he tried talking me into a program the company sales and I politely told him no thank you. He responded with well, if you don't want to save money that's fine and walked away. I don't know if I will go back and I hate this because everyone has always been so friendly and helpful while showing love to my dog."
"I went in looking for a Flea &Tick collar and some dewormers. While looking I was approached by a very wonderful associate named Briley. Briley not only impressed me by guiding me to what I needed, but it turns out she even remembered me and my dog Missy from months ago and even remembered that my wife had passed. That she remembered showed how much she cares about the customers. You won't find this anywhere else and it means the world to me that I'm important enough for store associate to remember me, my dog and her likes and needs, and to go that step further and remember my wife who had passed away."

"I went there for grooming for the first for a 4 months old Yorkie. The staff were very friendly but when I picked her up I was in shock, I guess miss communication all her hair is gone! Her face was cute, and add to that the bill was outrageous 78.60 with a 5.00 tip."
"This petco staff is the best. My man Connor and my my girls Dakota and mrs Lisa are awesome. Im here all the time for my aquarium supplies/fish. They always have something interesting in their tanks. More than what u would expect to see at any other big box store and their fish is always taken care of.. Love this store"
