"I would never ever book a room here ever again. First off the staff was rude, Mike. Attitude was nasty & tried to go back and forth with me over a mistake they made! I went into the hotel Friday night was quoted for 2 nights and told me it will be a $100 deposit. I checked into my room. It was hair on the bed. Mold in the bathroom & it had strong smell coming through the vents. I had to use my own products to clean up the room. I went about my day on Saturday, came back to the room and noticed my key card wouldn’t work. I went to the front desk and told Mike my key card is not working, he went on and stated that I only paid for 1 night when the guy clearly quoted and charged me for 2 nights. So this hotel charged my card another night without even speaking with me AND deactivated my key card. So you take my money for an additional night that I didn’t even stay & lick me out the room, where all my stuff was. Luckily I was able to get my things & find a nicer hotel near by, but I will never return this place & I will not recommend to stay here. Even if it’s for a night."

"Rooms are great. No bacon, ham or sausage at breakfast. Not keto friendly. Will NOT honour motor club AAA 10% discount. They don’t know what it is :/"

"Update**returned to stay. Construction is complete and laundry room is operational. Hot tub and pool are fantastic. Room rates are pricey on weekends so I usually go into Worth for better rates on weekends. Selene at the front desk makes everything fantastic. I was having a really tough day the first day I checked in. My confirmation number wasn’t showing in computer and I was running late for an audition. So I booked the same day through the desk with her and risked losing my online payment due to canceling that original reservation. Was so happy with my stay, even though they’re doing construction, that I stayed another night. I’ve been back twice since for 3 total visits this month. Pool and hot tub are really great. Laundry room is closed due to remodeling. Dust and slippery entrance during work hours so be careful. Quiet hotel even though it’s next to freeway and experiencing remodeling. The pet fee is only $25 per day. They allow cash deposits And payments. Fantastic staff Day and night. Dog walking area outside. Close to many food and entailment outlets and shopping"

"Don't stay at this location is my best suggestion. I stay at LA Quinta's regularly and have never dealt with what I have dealt with here. The lies stated by the staff, the extra charges added to the bill without conversation, the fact that the rooms have issues...what a mess. Yes I travel with my dogs and I have never had any issues any other location. The hotel states they tried numerous times to reach me but yet I have no missed calls from them. He proceeds to say your phone must have been off, but my phone is on 24/7 and why did you not leave me a VM? The rooms have incorrect stripping around the doors that is falling off, grout missing from the tiles, broken tiles, and mold in the bathtub. Also, an elevator that is very scary to ride. Also, the luggage carts are held together with duct tape because they are so broken. The location was perfect but the hotel and staff no great."

"I had the worst experience of my life when I stayed at a hotel on Veterans Day. It all started when we arrived and the attendant refused to give me a veterans discount, stating that it was against their policy. I wouldn't have minded leaving, but I had my elderly parents with me, and we had traveled all day from Arkansas. So, we decided to stay, but it turned out to be a terrible decision. When we got to our room, everything looked decent at first glance, but then we noticed that the mattresses had blood, urine, and feces stains on them. We asked the attendant to come up and see for herself, and she gave us another room. But to our dismay, the other rooms had the same issue. This happened four times in total. I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel, and if you must stay there, make sure to thoroughly check the mattresses. I have photographic evidence of the stains."
