"My maiden name is Dunn. I have a small, sensitive scar from every single electrode over my entire scalp. I scheduled my 72 hour eeg to begin 12/16/2022. The woman who showed up to attach the electrodes kept saying "I'm from Nashville, I am just here to help out, I'm from Nashville." I had requested that all adhesives be tested on my skin due to allergies and sensitivities. "I'm from Nashville, I'm just here helping out" didn't test my skin, she was in a terrible hurry and jammed the electrodes with the adhesive on as hard as possible and taped them down very hard. Within 15 minutes of her leaving, I began to have a migraine headache. Everything was so very tight and pressing down very hard on my scalp. Nothing eased the headache. There were multiple calls from them asking me to change out the battery among other things. The last phone call was at hour 65 at 3:00 am asking me to get up and change the battery. I refused. The batteries should be of a high enough milliAmp hours to work for the full 72 hours. Asking me to change batteries and make adjustments is highly unprofessional. They told my neurologist that I had 4 seizure episodes. Those were times when I was eating. I had ZERO seizures. Unprofessional, poor equipment and lack of proper staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
