"Unfortunately I had to give them a 2 if not lower . I have been going here 22 years . I have to get a booster for my teenager daughter . We were told that to make it in the time restraint I could get her in for a shot with the nurse and not have to make an appointment . I was told this by the docter at the original appt and I was told this by a nurse and given days I could do this . I would just have to call ahead of time to let them know . Well , now a different nurse tells me that I cannot . I have to make an appt . My teenager is very busy and I’m a single parent , but worse off I dint like how the story changed . . Never has this happened before so its a bit confusing and irritating"

They are always proactive and try their hardest to make sure I have all the resources I need. They treat my family like their own family. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the practice. "If you looking for a pediatrician for your new born and first kid, I would definitely won’t recommend this place. I almost had panic attacks during first week of baby as the doctors here kept scaring me, specially the junior O’Donnell. The only reason we chose this place was for Dr. Megahead but never gotta consult him, as he was visiting this facility only twice a week and wasn’t accepting new patients. After a month we fired C&T and even after 2 years I still remember the hard time these guys gave me & family."

"Very disappointed in this practice as a whole. I’ve been going their for my child about 4+ years now and they have surely changed for the worse from when I started coming. The office staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable in even assisting to make appointments. You get different directions from different people. The doctor pass patients along. Every difficult to stay with 1 primary doctor. Wait times are extremely long for children even when my child was under 1 year old. Always 20-35min wait in the room for the doctor to come in. Even getting a hold of the doctor is ridiculously difficult. They always have you talk to the nurse and if you ask follow ups to “their” guidance they’re response. “…you can always bring your child to an immediate care too.” Then why am I calling you?! Be warned stay away."
