The problem is it was underwritten for 100,000 now she keeps asking me why I’m upset ?? How do you make a mistake of this magnitude? I wish I would give accquote -5 stars . It’s the most worthless company out there. If you can’t do the job hand it to someone who can do the job. She would be irate if her family was not protected but it’s not her family so who cares !!!"

"Everything that could go wrong, went wrong, and no one at Accuquote cared. Emails sent with bad links, FedEx packages sent to the wrong address, getting calls from multiple Accuquote employees asking me the same questions WITHIN 10 minutes of each other (and no one is willing to say sorry)."

"These hire telemarketers from India to call and harass all day! I’ve gone as far as being transferred to a Houston man names Don or Donnie…funny thing is he lectured me about not answering other (potential important or spam) calls because he didn’t like being interrupted being put in hold while he was answering other calls… even said …if I download an app called SPAM it blocks the calls! Well, if I had the SPAM APP I wouldn’t have spoken to Donnie in the first place! I been sick with the flu and I mention it to him HE DID NOT CARE! He continue giving me quotes and lecturing on how important it was for me to lock the quote TODAY! The audacity!"

That part seemed pretty easy - took a couple weeks in underwriting but it all worked out. I needed coverage for myself, my husband and our daughter. Overall I'm happy with the experience and would go back if I needed more."

"They jammed my phone with millions of calls. One day I was waiting for some other phone calls and picked up by accident, and despite that I said 10+ times in the phone that I have already gone with some other quotes and was no longer interested in listening to any more quotes (this was literally what I said and I couldn't think of a more straightforward way), the caller still tried to go on and "introduce their company" and provide some more quote. So desperate for business and extremely disrespectful."
