"Talking to a human being is nearly impossible. Their phone system does not take you anywhere and just hangs up on you, no one emails you back, people just hang up on you, the professionals are great but the admin staff is horrible."

"I have been trying to schedule a new patient appointment for over a month. I have filled out the intake form, called multiple times without a return phone call and even spoke to a receptionist who took down all my information and told me I would get a phone call back very soon. I have been waiting for a call back from the intake people who schedule patients for a week. This group has made a terrible impression, especially when it has taken you a lot of courage to reach out for help. I would not recommend this group to anyone."

"I followed Dr. Nawaz from another practice. I love him, but do NOT love this office or office staff. Front desk staff never answers the phone - you will almost ALWAYS get sent to voicemail - and when you do get a call back you are met with a rushed and rude tone at the other end of the line like you are inconveniencing them. They also never respond to my pharmacy to approve my prescription refills in time so I have to follow up constantly and go days without my prescriptions because of failure on their end to answer a phone call or fax. I will be looking into a new psychiatrist simply so I no longer have to deal with this office staff anymore. Only giving 1 star because I like Dr. Nawaz."

"I completely agree with the negative reviews for this practice. The way the front desk people behave in this office, is outrageous, for any medical office, let alone for an office that is catering to patients having mental health issues. I got a referral from my neurologist, in March this year, to see Dr Nawaz. She praised him highly, and gave me his business card. Believe it or not, I started calling in March, I would try almost every single day, only get the voicemail. By May, I called my neurologist's office again, asking them to suggest an alternative, as this was not working out. I continued trying and finally someone called me back in June. They said that they have no record of my voice messages or the fact that I was calling??? Umm... I had to cancel my appointment in June as I had to accommodate another very important appointment on the same day and time. I called well in advance to cancel. I rescheduled to July. On the morning of the appointment I received a call from their billing office asking me to call and confirm my primary insurance otherwise it would revert to self pay. Another message from their office saying that on the system they are seeing that the primary insurance had termed and they only have the secondary insurance on file. The message further said that the appointment can only happen once this is clarified. Unfortunately I woke up that day with a high fever and called to reschedule. I was told they need to take a deposit of $350 to hold the next appointment, which is completely fine. I understand. I asked will I be reimbursed once I keep the appointment, their answer was "That is up to the billing department". The behavior of the people who answer the phone, is just so so SO bad, the tone is rude, dismissive, it is almost like this is some elite club and we are lesser mortals who are discouraged to join. And these are patients who are seeking help for mental health issues. Terrible!!"

"My last session with the counselor, was very disappointing. The first 15 minutes were a general discussion about the update of my situation. The next 30 minutes, I listened to the counselor’s personal stories about his family. He reassured me that there was a point to his stories. I understood his point within 10 minutes or less. I thought counseling should never include personal information about the counselor. I am saddened that I had to end my sessions with this counselor but I believe that professionalism and integrity is of the upmost importance in the field of psychology and counseling."
