"My back went out June 2022. I got a lot of meds from doctors. And they wanted to do TLIF surgery. I didn't want surgery. So, I started physical therapy at Illinois Bone and Joint. It was a lot of work. And many months of PT. The people at IBJI are thoughtful..and very knowledgeable. They always answered my questions. And encouraged me to do more and go farther. I can do things now I didn't think I would ever be able to do. And so far no surgery! I have transitioned to the YMCA to continue my rehabilitation."
