"Continuously having an issue with water system installed some how they installed & tapped into Sewer line just had a plumber out that wouldn't touch there work because it's so bad yard is full of sewage water this is horrible an know 1 has yet to notify when they will be out to repair very sad & disappointing! Whatever you do DO NOT Purchase a water system from this company very unprofessional poor quality work & they will leave your property a mess The water system failed & flooded my property! Someone came out to fix stated they would return & has not returned or called & have not returned any of my calls inregards leaving a muddy mess & a non working water system for close to 10k bad business! This is clearly a lawsuit!!! Very irate at this Company"

"We asked them to come by and test our water and give us a quote on services and products. They refused to give a quote to my wife and required that I be present. We won't be doing business with a sexist company such as this."

"So it seems this is a common practice that the reps come out to sell you their systems making several promises i.e the soaps we were supposed to get a year supply of which we never recieved either. Then also promising to service our system for the filtration at the 12 month mark. We'll guess what I called this evening only to be told it was my responsibility to call to get the cleaning products, which I was never given a name nor a number and it would cost me 389 for the Tech to come replace my filters. What the Hell kind of business is this?I spent 10,000 for this whole house system only for the word of the reps who represent this company to LIETO ME. Better Business Bureau here I come."
