"I feel my time was not respected at all. Made an appointment for 4:30 earlier that afternoon. Dropped off vehicle on time. Was told they were still working on the previous appointment but not much left maybe 30-40 min more. Was told my vehicle could take between 30 min to 2 hrs depending on how bad it is. We had no alignment issues before only needed it because all tires were replaced. I knew it wouldn’t take very long. So, went by at 5:30 because their online tracker showed my vehicle was being serviced already. Was told at the store they were not working on my vehicle yet and that the technician was almost done with the other vehicle, it would only be 30-45 min (this is in addition to the 30-40 min originally stated). According to their times, if the technician stated working on my vehicle immediately after finishing the other it would have been at least 6-6:15. Got a notification at 7:06 that the report was ready for review. I asked for the print out showing the tires and level of adjustment needed. Was told they were having issues with the printer and could not print it. Asked if it can be emailed and was told no. The person at the store couldn’t even find our paperwork when I got there for pick up. He was not rude, but seemed unprepared. I understand the given times are estimates but if I have an appointment for 4:30 to me that means the store be ready to work on my car either at that time or shortly after. Having to wait 2 hrs approximately after the appointment time to get started kind of defeats the purpose of making the appointment in the first place."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment over the phone on wednesday for an issue with my cars coolant leaking. We told them the issues and They said we could come in at 7:30 am on Thursday when we got there apparently their guy who specializes in coolant issues doesn’t get there until 10am. Could’ve told us that when we made the appointment but I guess not. We leave the car with them and hear nothing about it until 2pm when we called and they said they hadn’t even looked at it yet. Finally around 5 they did the diagnostic just to tell us they’d call us back with a quote. They didn’t call us back we called around 6:30 just for them to tell us they couldn’t have it fixed until Monday. We asked if we could pick up the car because we don’t have the time to let it sit until Monday they asked if we could be there before 8 and we said yes. We got there around 7:20 just for them to tell us the car was still being put back together and that it would be done closer to 9….. THEN WHY TELL US TO COME BEFORE 8 IN THE FIRST PLACE. Not to mention when we got the car they gave it back in worse shape than before we brought it in and we couldn’t even drive it home we had to stop and have it towed. The worst experience with a shop I’ve ever had don’t come to this joke of a business. So unprofessional and just had zero regard for us as customers. we made an appointment the earliest possible appointment and it sat with them from 7:30 am until 8:30 pm that’s over 12 hours and all they did was do the diagnostic that’s so ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that it was undrivable when they were done with it."
"This pep boys has very bad service. Employees are just standing around. Vehicles are just sitting. Made an appointment and they said my vehicle will not go in the shop for 1 and a half to 2 hours. These employees can’t handle the heat. They need to work somewhere, where it’s cooler."
