"I've always gone to Valvoline for Oil Changes, and any other minor routine care for my vehicle. I was very hesitant to even come to this place as I don't like change. As I arrived, I didn't get a chance to walk into the lobby to ask questions. I was immediately met outside by James and he took care of my State Inspection and made me feel welcome. After talking to him and explaining my maintenance needs, I may have to change and stop driving the 30 minutes to Valvoline for both my vehicles. "I really enjoyed my visit. Royal was the first to greet me after I parked. He answered all my questions. His partner (tall blonde guy whose name I didn't catch) was also very professional. Both men made me feel welcome and also welcomed me back, which is very important for me as a consumer anywhere. Service time was a lot quicker than I expected for both an oil change and tire repair. The price was comparable to other places if not a little cheaper. I will return for their services."
