"They charged me $168 for spark plugs, put the WRONG spark plugs, disconnect a valve, and refuse to give me my money back. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and looking into going to small claims court because that is ridiculous. They can not be trusted! They said “Why didn’t you bring it back to us?” CAUSE YOU CLEARLY CANT BE TRUSTED! They made me feel like it was MY fault they put the wrong size spark plugs! I also SAW the spark plugs and HAVE the ones that were taken out! Watch out ladies, they will screw you over and then blame you when you try to complain! I definitely feel like because I’m a woman this happened 100000000%! You’re the reason women don’t trust SHOPS!"

"I had issues with my battery. I was referred by Jennifer to go to express and speak to Tom. When I got there being my first time doing business with express I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that was provided by Tom. He explained the issues I was having with my vehicle. Tom was able to rapidly get another new battery delivered and replaced it him self. While I was there I asked if he could replace a filter for me and again in no time it was done. He explain the importance of that filter and when we needed to change it. It so good to have someone take there time to explain to the customer the why, how, and when. Our vehicles are so updated this day in age it’s good to have someone with all that experience summarize the issues. Thank you again Tom for your excellent customer service."

"Car started to over heat while I was in the shopping center across the street. They discovered my coolant cap popped off because it was over heating and offered to wrap it up as a temp fixed and advised where I could get a new cap for a reasonable price. They were able to get coolant in my car and do my overdue oil change. They were very helpful and calming during a moment of panic for me. It also happened to be ladies day (Tuesday) so I got $5 off and a rose. The staff and management are always nice when I go for regular oil changes but today was the best experience I could have had for a women who knows nothing about cars and just saw sensors appearing on my dashboard and my a/c turning off"
