Quote received with evidence of necessary repair from pictures they took. We felt the quote was reasonably priced. Got scheduled immediately next business day for the repair to be performed. During the repair, pictures were sent to show their workmanship and we are truly impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism in communicating with us. A very important thing to mention is the expertise of the team member to do in depth thorough assessment of where the leak may be coming from by getting into our attic and spot any wood/ceiling discoloration from water leak which none of the other companies we asked for a quote did! Note that this is a critical detail you must observe from any company trying to get business. The time to assess from attic and NOT JUST VISUAL CEILING assessment is IMPORTANT. After multiple tries, I wasn't having any luck with insurance, I thought we were going to be stuck with the almost 20-year-old roof with hail damage, so I talked with them and they were confident that they could get the job done.
