"Went to this place, two weeks ago to get my chain fixed one of the gentlemen fixed it right on the spot. No issues. Had them look at my ring to get resized and the stone reset. He told me they could do it all at a fair price. I had a sizer on the ring, that made it a little snug on my finger. The guy took it off so it wouldn’t be so tight and fit a little bit better. They kept my sizer. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed that the ring was just a little bit too loose and needed that sizer back on. So, I came back today to have another chain fixed and see if they can put the sizer back on. The guy looked at the chain and said yeah they could fix it and went back to the desk with my ring and put a size on. Comes back and says that he’s going to charge me now for the sizer. I informed him before putting the sizer on that they kept my sizer when they took it off the first time. All I was looking for was to get it put back on my ring. Then he tries to tell me that once you use it, it is no longer usable. Now I’m not a jeweler, but I do know that a sizer can be used multiple times. It is metal. When I explained to him that I didn’t see why I’m being charged for a sizer when they kept my sizer. He got pretty salty over the whole issue. Which, I then told him that fine don’t worry about the chain I’ll just take it and find someone else that can repair my jewelry. I guess it depends on who’s working today. One guy had me wanting to come back and bring my business, the other guy had me wanting to take my business elsewhere."

"Stopped in without an appointment to see if they could help with my garmin watch. The quick release pins were stuck so I couldn’t change out the band. Issue was fixed within about a minute! Will definitely be back :)"

"Took my Frederique Constant Geneve Automatic in because the manual winding mechanism was broken and the watch didn't run. Had a broken spring that required expert diagnosis and replacement in a climate controlled positive pressure lab. Not inexpensive but neither was the watch. 1 year warranty. Works perfectly. Also took my Tag Heuer Monaco Automatic because it's been running slow and the winding mechanism is a little tight. Ray recommended I wait to have it fully serviced when it reached a slowness threshold beyond where it is today. He actually said I didn't need to get it serviced yet. I appreciate it when a business does the right thing by their customers. Thanks Ray! I'll be back with other watches from my collection."
