"Pyramid repaired my vintage Harmon Kardon 730 Twin Powered receiver & made it BETTER than new. I couldn’t be more pleased to have a working sentimental piece of equipment back! It wasn’t cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be so. It was worth it!"
"I was sent Pyramid Audio' information by Emotiva as a repair company for an XPA 2 Gen 1 (Awesome amp btw) that I had purchased back in 2012, but it is now introducing static to my speakers. I am in Canada and shipping this 100lb beast will be expensive!! So I called and asked if they could maybe point me in a direction to start troubleshooting this thing and all I got was they cant help me because it is a liability issue. I asked if it could possibly be the MOSFETs degrading, but same answer. Wow, what happened to the days where people would help others out just a little bit, and it wasn't all about the money. I don't have a thousand dollars to send this thing out to get repaired and I definitely do not have 5k to replace it. This world nowadays man, brutal."
"Best high end stereo equipment repair shop. McIntosh car audio amplifier, they have a certified McIntosh repair tech. Amazing!!"
"Marantz asked me to choose a shop to repair my turntable, a really nice opaque model they make. The motor went haywire. I choose this company because it was in Texas too, setup the delivery and asked if they needed anything else, the guy on the phone politely said no we’re good just send it off. A few days later, after returning to work I’m informed someone keeps calling about a turntable, frantically. I return the call and someone demands to know the problem with the turntable, very aggressive and rude. I told him, aggressive like (I’m not good at getting barked at) the the motor doesn’t spin right. Very nasty exchange really. I’m not expecting a service company being rude about doing contract work for a high end Audio product. After I hung up I called back and asked they just return it so they wouldn’t have time to F… it up. Hopefully you get Dr Jekyll, not my guy Hyde."
"I bought a Revel sub on ebay that blew up 2 weeks after purchase. Sent it off to Pyramid not expecting a repair due it being about 10 years out of warranty. They got my sub back up and running in about a month and the repair bill still put me well below the MSRP. Thank you Pyramid saving my sub and my wallet!"
