We Fix It Phone Repair

"Replacement Note 5 phone battery on hand in store was bad but they got another from a different store and repair went fine. Pleased with the result but due to not having any other batteries on hand the repair unfortunately took 4 hours instead of the estimated 1.5 and I made a wasted trip at the original estimate time. I know these things happen, but I'd scheduled an appointment days before so maybe make sure you have 2 replacement parts for scheduled repairs in case one is bad."

"I brought in an iPhone that was severely damaged. Not only was the glass broken but the entire phone was bent in the shape of my son's knee due to the fact that he accidentally landed on top of it while jumping on my bed (No more monkeys jumping on the bed!). The phone was bent right where the motherboard is located so I did not hold out much hope that it could be saved. Not only did they fix it - it truly looks and functions as good as new. I am SO impressed!!!"

"The staff was very informative and helpful. Jason assisted us with a battery replacement for my cell phone. We waited while it was repaired so we were able to observe the staff assisting other customers as well. Everyone was very professional and helpful. A gentleman named Art who works at the store deserves a medal. He continued to try to assist a most difficult and cantankerous lady. He was persistent in trying to help her using reason and kindness, even though she continued to bite and be unreasonable. The woman was straight out of Comedy Central. Thank you, Jason for helping me with my repairs! And, thank you for your dedication and service to all Americans. The time waiting for my cell phone was well worth the wait!!"

"I had the screen of my iPhone 8 repaired. The first effort went poorly. They must have been rushed. The screen had a bright spot, it was not right on the corner and the scrolling was jerky, The screen was not right. I returned it to get it fixed correctly expecting aa hassle. IT was hassle free, they fixed it without issue. The second go around took 30 minutes was much better."
