"If you want your phone in a worse condition than when you brought it, this is the place for you!! I brought 2 phones in for various glass damage to be covered under insurance. The typical phone check-in/status was done (on the first phone) and I powered my phone down in front of the front desk rep using the mechanical buttons (power & vol down) on the phone. I come back hours later to pick up the phone. The initial issue was fixed by then as I'm signing for that repair I notice the same button I used to power off my phone was not only no longer working but now FALLING OUT OF THE PHONE! I also had a camera lens protector that was missing (I'm assuming during disassembly). I could accept that lens protector missing as it was "cheap" to replace but they had the audacity to tell me the buttons were like that when I handed them the phone off. Neither of the reps that made that claim were the one who checked my phone in for service. Demanding a manager, the rep takes my phone back a 3rd time to review. After some time, one of the team leads/maybe store manager comes out to state my vol buttons had corrosion and they could GLUE the buttons into the frame to prevent them from falling out, but not be operational. He then proceeds to inform me that I should submit a claim for button replacement but I would be responsible for the cost. Stated that was unacceptable and I wanted my volume buttons to be working again. They stated that they'd order a new button and to call back in a few days. Played the game, waited a few days and another rep (who has been mentioned in some other reviews) stated that they didn't have the product and that the one in stock is of a different color. Stated that didn't work and to get the part that matched. Now he did state that it would take just as long as the initial repair, so I assumed a few hours. Waited a few days for the part to arrive. I have my wife show up to get the phone and the attendant tells her to wait in store, (paraphrasing) It should only be a few minutes. Thankfully she left because that "few minutes" turned into 2.5 hours (which is what we initially expected). All of that just for the volume down to NOT WORK! Call corporate to start a complaint, get transferred to the store and get the same guy I spoke to the day of my initial repair a week prior. Argue it out that what happened wasn't right just for him to hang up mid sentence. Completely infuriating. Sure our phones not having certain features may be a first world problem but so is the money we pay for them. As someone who's worked on phones/laptops previously, let alone any service industry, you don't give a product back in WORSE condition than it was when the item was presented. That's just bad business. Thank God for Asurion corporate following up with me and resolving my issue."
"If zero stars was allowable that's what they'd be getting from me. Absolutely the worst experience! A simple screen replacement took 5 weeks. Someone ordered the part wrong 3 times and they ultimately settled on installing the 3rd wrong screen on my phone, which means it is more susceptible to dust and water. Zero communication. Zero customer service. If you can stay far far away from here."
"Edited: The store manager has found out laptop, explained there was a miss communication with another store. And at the end of the day went above and beyond to get us taken care of and get our laptop fixed. They even waved the repair fee for all our trouble. This new store manager seems to have a much better grasp on how to handle customers. I would recommend the cedar park location to anyone looking for repair. We took our laptop in for a funky space bar on 11.21.23 and today 1.11.24 they lost our laptop won’t answer where it is and we still don’t have it."
"I waited for a battery for my pixel 5 for one month, the guys did not call about the arrival of the battery. I came back a month later and found out that the battery was in stock. I needed to change the battery in one day, which we agreed to do in a week. I came a week later and they told me that I did not have an apoitment and they could only do it the next day. These guys don't want to work. I haven't been able to change the battery with this service for over a month."
"Been coming here for years. I’ve probably had about a half a dozen phones fix here. Great owner, great employees. They always do a fantastic job. Highly recommend. They always have a very fast turnaround as well. Usually with in a couple or a few hours."
