Subsequent replacements of the slave and master cylinder, and later the flywheel, provided short-lived solutions. Thankfully, another mechanic resolved the issue, and my car has been problem-free for over a week. Aamco's lack of diagnostic skills and tendency to replace parts without understanding the underlying problem led to unnecessary expenses. I do not recommend this shop."

"Spent 3 years here hoping for assurance in having a functional car. ECM fries and spend 3 months with no car. 1400 fix and same problem a year later. ECM specialist (whom they have to find and bring to site) calibrates and still can't find root of the problem while owner of store stresses how spec has 15 years of experience and still can't figure out the problem. $3000 later after second ECM replaced they still don't know the issue but made the car "function" and told me to find someone who specializes in wiring a car. Why am I having specialists having to travel to find the problem only to tell me to go somewhere else? That's the issue. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
