They did not try to sell me anything and even washed my windshield and topped off on fluids that my car was leaking (again for free). Rather than trying to push me to perform expensive service with them (new engine would be more than the car is worth), they gave great advice as the the best way to sell the car in its current condition for the most money. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"Employees were very nice and thorough, the car report was very helpful and brought to my attention a lot of things I didn’t know needed to be fixed. The reason for 3 stars is because of the price and some simple fixes that were not acted on. One of the issues I brought my car in for was a headlight that wasn’t working despite a new bulb. I assumed it was the plug that had malfunctioned. I was quoted $780 for this to be fixed, because some of the plastic in the headlight was cracked and the whole assembly needed to be replaced, or so I was told. I declined and switched the headlight plug out myself for $8 in parts and about 30min of time. When it still didn’t work I checked the fuse and noticed the fuse had blown. Switched fuses at home and headlight was good to go. This may have been a simple oversight, but had I not known better, I would have paid $800 for something that wouldn’t have fixed the problem. It does make me concerned for the less experienced who visit here and are convinced to pay exuberant amounts of money that may not be necessary. I assume it’s corporates doing that requires these large labor charges, but these oversights, if routine, are borderline evil."

"Two days ago I complained about grinding noises from my brakes. I had already replaced the rear brakes and rotors a month ago and was told my front was still good. My trusted mechanics told me to get a third opinion. This shop took pictures of my rotors and said someone “pad slapped” my rear brakes and didn’t change the rotors…. I bought rotors and brakes for the rear and had a mobile mechanic install them in front of me a month ago. All this shop did was take pictures of my front rotors and claim they were defunct. The lied straight to my face. I told them that I watched a mechanic put the rotors I bought on. They brushed it off and gave me a $800 quote. They said my front brakes were completely defunct as well which is another lie because I watched the same mechanic show me that it wasn’t the problem. Again I had two inspections by mechanics on the brakes beforehand. Who said the noise wasn’t from the brakes. Don’t spend your money here because they lie straight to your face. And they will steal your money. They will take pictures and claim things are broken. Go to a mom and pop store. Seek mobile mechanics. Build up relationships with mechanics in area. And stay away from these thieves."
