We had a leak in our water heater, the technician (Pat) showed up in about 45 minutes, he located the issue and had the estimate (with different money saving options) prepared within an hour and completed the installation by the end of the day. "I will give it to them i called them around 7pm and they came out 45 min later and charged me $1000 for 3 hours of work to stop a mixing valve that was leaking and was supposed to come back and replace it. They need to work on communication and I've been waiting for a week and a half for them to come back to fix the problem also they did not call me saying that he found that part or if he's looking for it I asked him to call me when he got a chance and guess what no call back. And I ask him if he found the part he said hes waiting for the part that its out of town? I told myself what is he talking about. That Same day that i called all plumbing services to come fixed the leak I had called another company before i called all plumbing services and the next day the other company called me and said they found the part and will come out fix the problem and I told the other company to cancel because I have All plumbing service working on it. So when all plumbing services told me he waiting for the part I knew he wasn't gonna come back to fix it. Also I found out that the part that was leaking they don't make that part any more because of lead being in the mixing valve and they made a different mixing valve that had no lead in it. So I will not use them again. Did not follow thru and finish the job"
