"Today we had a service company called John Wayne come in to help us with a shower floor issue. Tradesmen Plumber, Efrain Ortiz came in and gave us a full consultation, work estimate, and advised us on our next steps and repairing our shower floor. Having a membership with them does save money on the end product. We also like how the service company can take on different tasks associated with the issues. Mr. Ortiz was very nice, very kind, and patient. He explained everything we needed, and all our options. Thus, we are very satisfied with the John Wayne services. Thank you."
