They provided the requested inspection and was clear in communicating suggested repairs and status of chimney. Great technician. The price quoted for repairs seemed out of line. Quoted $700 for $100 part and 30 mins of labor $1200/hr is too high for services offered. I wish they would have offered the repair at a reasonable price and I would have purchased the additional services."
