"Jesse did an amazing job explaining to me the process in which he began with on my property. Tree Roots, and undisolved wet wipes were in my lateral line. Technician fished out after running a jetline device into my 4” PVC sewer line. Also discovered the lateral PVC was cracked at the elbow, and so now the work to excavate down to the crack area and rid the roots. More to follow…. Meanwhile, thus far- the contractors who dug the trench were all professional, neat with my property, and fast paced digging. Just an amazing job. Thanks John and Jesse for your explanation for what caused the issue and also getting the right folks to respect my property. You guys ROCK! Attached are before and after pics."
