"These ghetto trash from SAN ANTONIO. Believe the reviews!!!!!!! After being stood up on Monday, I no longer trusted this company. So I called to confirm my appointment today because some people actually work not like these chickenheads just gossiping all day with their broken English. They assured me the technician was going to call me by 10AM. Nope no call. So I call back asking for a supervisor in which this micro "Richard" named Abel tells me he cannot transfer me unless I give a reason. I don't need to give you any GD reason. They transfer me to SAMSUNG which no longer has anything to do with this. Then guess what! These POS IGNORED, BLOCKED, and DROPPED my calls lmao!!!!!!!! I called 13 times. I can play your immature game. Hilarious. I had to call the Austin office to escalate my situation and get a manager to call me back which I am grateful for her as I would have been still playing tag. IDK who they think they are, but the BBB, attorney general, FTC will be hearing about your disgusting, unprofessional behavior. These people should be fired. I will NEVER EVER go through Samsung to schedule any services as they are just as horrible."

"Worst customer service, the rating they have is legitimate. They want to schedule it the day they do the service but you don't know the time until they call you that day at 10am and then they provide a 2 hour window. They refuse to set up that 2 hour window in advance, well we all have jobs and family and that just won't due. Get with the times NISI! Their resolution... Call another provider, ok will do and done! Your loss ✌️"

"I am stuck with a $1100 Samsung stove that I can’t even bake a cake or anything else without taking a few hours and the oven temperature taking for ever to even reach the correct temperature. Samsung approved a one time courtesy for them to fix my oven and the technician had the audacity to say that it’s normal for a stove to take one full hour for the oven to reach 375 degrees. I was willing to demonstrate that I can’t even bake simple biscuits on the recommendation time, just so that they can see how unevenly and raw they cooked. My daughter had a pot luck and the biscuits she attempted to bake, even after 40 mins they were still raw and we had to throw away. I wish they would’ve just let me demonstrate that my oven is not cooking the food but instead the technician said all was reading fine on his temperature meter. I will be calling samsung again and I hope they send me another technician to fix my stove because this company did not do anything!"

"I was charged for service that was not done. I contacted Samsung Corp and they just type down the issue and transfer your call to someone else then you get cut off on the phone. There is no accountability at this office or the Corporation Avoid Samsung Refrigerators. They deserve less than 1 star."

"Avoid this company. We have spent over 6 weeks trying to get a repair to our freezer. All we have gotten so far is charged and several repair tickets canceled. We are always on hold for 10 minutes or more when we call. The rep on the phone then always sends us back to Samsung corporate to put in a new repair ticket. Poor communication, poor customer service, thieves."
