"Recommend by a contractor that we've used. They said there would be a $75 service fee to come out and give estimate. I received estimate about 3 weeks after they came out and a bill for $390 for 2 hours of "labor" and "Consumables." No work was done. By that time we had already had another plumber come out and fix the leak. I get there are labor shortages and delays, but the upcharging when no work was done is inexcusable."

But they didn't appear for a week, three successive no shows, even though I made a reservation every time. After a week, a new guy from Lawton appeared and asked me what the problem is? I am lost for words."
