Made an inquiry on their website which claims "we have all of the tools and replacement parts on hand to complete your Samsung smartphone repair quickly and affordably" which I never received a reply to, so I made an appointment for repair. Drove 30 miles and went in where the young man who was very polite, took my phone parts, lost a screw on his floor, and then proceeded to tell me that they do not make micro soldering FPC connection repairs at this phone repair shop. I told him that I had inquired about the repair I need on their website but no one replied and his response was "its better to call". I would have called if I had a working phone, right?? Wish I had a better experience."

"I'm a man of few words and as my Mommy taught me, if you cain't say nuttin good, keep your words to yourself. I visited and was serviced by the most personable and friendly staff, after I had already visited a national chain store across the street. They were very inexpensive, very professional and just went above and beyond what they were contracted to do. I also had a tv remote control that was on the blink so Fabiola volunteered to check it. Not only did they fix my phone, helped me start my service to another, and spent their invaluable time on my concerns, but they were able to tell me that my tv remote was done for. They checked and there had been acid from a faulty battery that had damaged the insides, that's why it was no longer working. Attention to details were the best I've seen in years.
