"We started off ok, it took him a little longer to get the part than other guys had quoted but that's not a big deal. But getting my phone back is turning into a problem. I dropped the phone off when the part came in and he said he'd never worked on my model before but he should have it ready by the next day. I had chemotherapy and so I waited all the next day to hear from him... Nothing. The following day I repeatedly called both phone numbers (both mail boxes are full so you can't leave a message, which I find to be disrespectful) I emailed him, I texted him. Nothing. He says he's open till 8 but he seems to come and go whenever he chooses. I drove over there twice on the next day, Saturday, as well as calling and texting and emailing all day. Nothing. No answers and no call backs. I told him I was a cancer patient and all of my medical data was on my phone, so I needed it back asap. I was too sick to go pick it up Thursday due to chemo, but Friday and Saturday I was all over his contacts and his "shop" (it's a wagon or something in Ingram mall) I was very happy initially , and I have more work for him. I noticed he's already paid himself with my credit card, so now he has little motivation to make me happy I suppose. I hope I don't have to get ugly, but I really need my phone back. He claims to be a veteran, so am I. I expected better service, from a brother."

"Worse service ever id give zero stars if possible. This guy had my device for about 20 days said he was able to fix it so i trusted him a week went by and said my device was ready ok good i go to pick it up turns out my device is not turning on he then says hed try to figure out what was wrong and hed need to keep it for a “few” more days ok fine. A week goes by and i dont hear from him no updates nothing i had to keep calling him to find out what was going on he finally tells me he needs more time ok another week still no update again i had call the guy to see if my device was ready he starts giving me the run around about my device not wanting to turn on i asked for a refund and he hung up! I finally went to pick up my device from this man and he goes off on me about why my device wasn’t fixed said he had “family problems” ok sir thats not my business! I paid for a service not to hear about your family drama finally i took my none working device back because he fixed nothing in the whole 20 days he had it in his position and still said he wouldn’t refund me what a clown! wish he would have just been honest and tell me he wouldn’t be able to fix it. Just horrible i dont know how his stand is still up"

"Super unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted Martin June 12 to replace the back of my iPhone. He said he had to order the back which was fine. He was supposed to have it June 13 and he was supposed to call and schedule an appointment. He didn’t call, I had to and he told me he still didn’t have the back and he’d have it by June 15. Fine okay. Well June 15 he never called me. I once again had to call him and he said he was stuck at a job and would call me when he got back to the shop. Hours pass and he STILL never called! I called and he told me he had the back and set up an appointment for June 16 at 5 pm. It’s almost 5 pm and he’s still not here. No call, no nothing. So I call asking if he’s coming and once again he’s stuck at a job. I call again at 5:55 pm and he doesn’t answer. I don’t know why he couldn’t just be honest with me or give me updates but clearly he does not care about his customer’s time"
