"My dog has been going to daycare most of her life. She thrives at her usual place at home in TN. Not 2 weeks into her visits to Dogtopia in Plano, she came home with a huge puncture wound on her tummy. How the staff missed this huge gaping hole on her is a mystery. DO NOT SEND YOUR FUR BABIES HERE. Clearly they don't watch the dogs. We will never return. Horrible!!"

"This is a great place to bring your dog. They have a neat “daycare” program. My dog gets super excited when we pull up to the door. She can hardly wait to get inside. The staff is super nice and the prices are very affordable."

"I love the watchful care and supervision the dogs receive, and was especially impressed on their oversight on introducing my dog to a new environment and other dogs. It was really helpful and reassuring for me to check in on their web cam, and see my dog in the playroom and also outdoors. I was also so surprised that my dog eagerly walked right in on day two, without any hesitation! Staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly."

"If you're like me and your dog is your furbaby and you're worried about your dog's wellbeing when you're not with him or her, then rest easy trusting Dogtopia with your dog. I went for a full facility tour today and was so impressed with how they operate. There are 3 play rooms: The beach for high-energy medium to bigger sized dogs, The park for chill-out dogs and The city for smaller dogs. There's a staff in each of the rooms all day, and they're fully trained to read the dogs' body language. They have fun toys inside that they play with, and the floor mats are extra thick and cushiony. Even the lights are UV to help sterilize the rooms! The doggy boarding center is safely kept, and you can even give your dogs birthday barties and spas to really pamper them. They keep your dog's food in the kitchen with name tags in each of the bins, and keep your dog's prescription medicine in a safe to keep it safe. But my favorite part is the web cam on their website where I can watch my dog any time! This makes traveling so much easier for me. So excited to find this place!!"
