"Extremely rude staff. EEEMA & SHANNEN Prescription was called in 3 days ago and it’s not ready when I go to pick it up. The person at the pharmacy seemed mad that I was questioning why the prescription wasn’t ready. She told me it would take 25-30 minutes for it to be ready. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. Never had this issue with CVS or Kroger pharmacy. Not sure how all the other employees in Costco are awesome but the ones in the pharmacy department have such poor customer service."
"I don't even want to give one star.... I went to get my husbands antibiotics during his surgery an one hour procedure I knew I needed the antibiotics before he gets out so rushed to the Costco pharmacy immediately knowing the prescription had been called The girl tells me two of the meds are ready but the third one which is the antibiotics will be 15-25 mins or come back later but I told her my husband is in the middle of surgery so I need the meds before picking him up So I go shop and check out and come back to pharmacy by then another guy tells me it's not ready yet but he is working on it and I don't have to go back to the line to check out so I still wait by then I have been waiting more than 30 mins and while I'm waiting I get a text the surgery is almost done so I tell the guy how I need to go because my husband is almost done with the surgery and I need to go back to the hospital to speak to the Dr but the guy says how he is waiting for the pharmacist to be done with giving shots to costumers I'm like why couldn't the the pharmacist fill my meds before giving shots to these people surely I was there way before any of those costumers....after almost an hour later time is 1:30 haven't even had the lunch but need to go.... I have been there since 12:25 I knew it's More important I talk to the Dr how the surgery went so I leave..... And then 2 hours later I had to drag my bloody husband straight out of the surgery center back to Costco to pick up the meds again only to wait in the line for another 10 or more mins You think they would have the decency and consideration to help someone like me on a day like this I don't think it was such an awful but I can't stop thinking how the Costco pharmacy is the biggest failure of the day I'm going to be looking to find other sources for my prescriptions"
"I ordered a refill on Thursday, 09/29/2022, and was not informed via text or phone call of when my refill would be ready for pickup. I took my last dose on Saturday, 10/01/2022. As of writing this review, I have yet to get a text informing me of my refill being ready; I had to call them to find out that it was ready for pick up. On another note - I was refused my GoodRx discount at this location. Had the front desk rep not been kind enough to see what discount she could provide for me on one of my prescriptions, I would have had to pay full price (over $60). She was able to bring it down to $53."
"Like others have mentioned, the staff are dry, rude, slow and impatient. I'd previously gotten my Covid-19 shots at 683, but since they didn't require that I return, I figured I'd just go to the one closest that offered Moderna. I got there around 1:20 today, walked to the counter to listen to a cashier complain about another customer to a different customer. After she abruptly sent me to the last window, I then encountered Rose. Her responses, eye rolling, and dry personality lead the already waiting couples to mention her negatively. When I approached, she demanded my vaccination card and shoved forms at me. The aggressiveness isn't necessary. The next individual told me that he "needed to process my paperwork" and to wait in a chair at the other end of the pharmacy, for 10-20 mins. This led to the previous couple waiting almost an hour and myself 45-50 mins. No updates, no "thanks for waiting', etc. Once in the room w/ the pharmacist "Ku", it was yet again, hasty, rude and unprofessional attitude and demeanor. At this rate, we are all in need of jobs, careers, and advancement in life. If the representatives can't behave with more respect and care, for even their shift, let alone for customers, PLEASE do those of us that need your services, a favor. Find something you're passionate or even care about and leave the rude services in the trash where they belong. I, like many others in the reviews, will go somewhere different for any service/shopping needs."
"Thought I wasn't going to be given my meds for a hot minute because they had my order in as a Costco member even though I'd been there several times before as a non-member. Then they said my insurance was invalid and I had to pay with credit card. (Called my Insurance. It wasn't.) Nearly had a panic attack just trying to get anxiety meds. Employee never apologized much less reassured that they'd sort this out while I stood there waiting. Been here 3 times and there's been some sort of problem every single time. Avoid this pharmacy if you can."
