"No quality service, no one answer the phone. They keep refill my one time proscription, and when I drive through to tell them which one to stop, they put my regular refilling prescription on hold. Totally a mess."
"Unsafe pharmacy. Does not fulfill or check prescriptions to make sure they are filled accurately. I have had numerous issues at the location. I am having to return tomorrow for a 3rd time to fix an issue on a single order. This place is simply unacceptable."
"Beware of cheating here!! There are people taking the gift cards and noting the number and pin and putting it back as nothing happened. It could be staff or at least CVS is negligent. So beware of buying gift cards here. Also the pharmacy staff are rude when giving medicines."
"I've had nothing but problems getting my mother's medicine from this place. On several occasions they claimed her prescriptions weren't called in. It's been different doctors, so I know it's not the doctors doing it wrong, and usually by the time they get the order ready, it's their lunch time. Do they not know how to alternate breaks? Once, there were literally 20 pharmacists on site, but yet all of them were going to lunch at the same time. They are slow as molasses also."
"TLDR: CVS Pharmacy needs to address drivethrough clerk’s attitude to improve customer satisfaction in this location. Edit: It turns out I went back and had a chance to talk to the pharmacy’s manager. Nice person, she took the time to listen and allowed me to share the awful experience we had been through. It turns out they had 2 records for my kid that none in the past bothered to check. She fixed it all and said she would have a conversation with the clerk. I may be giving this location another opportunity. One more star added to the review. This pharmacy used to be great with prior staff. They were so friendly and customer oriented. Then something happened and CVS somehow lost the original staff and placed this lady as clerk for the drivethrough. At this point everything went south real fast. It all started with my kid’s meds not found at the location. Even when my doctor’s office just sent the prescription and CVS will send plenty of SMS messages and automated calls my way saying the meds are ready for pickup, every single time this lady will say to me that no prescription shows up in her computer but the calls and SMS messages continue to come my way. This has been for months, until I suggested her to review this problem, which she refused to and let me hanging in the drivethrough saying she had to take of other customers, which I took the time to check and it way a lie because there was none waiting for her inside. It’s interesting how this started to happen only after she was hired. For the convenience of having this pharmacy right across the street, I dislike so much the idea of having to chose another pharmacy location just because of this horrible person. You can see by a mile how she hates dealing with customers. I’ll keep monitoring until CVS decides to replace her so I can go back there. In the meantime, I’ll have to drive longer for my prescriptions to be filled. Do you want a good laugh? My doctor’s office says every time this has happened and they have called the pharmacy, that the pharmacy team says that “we haven’t shown up for pick up”."
