"The Hotel itself was great. However, the staff even better. Specifically Jonathan, I was having some serious technical issues with a few work projects that were very time sensitive. Jonathan went way above and beyond to help remedy these issues for me. Without his assistance, expertise and expediency, it could have been disastrous. However, thanks to Jonathan everything worked out even better than I could have hoped for. I was so impressed with him I even made it known to our executive team. We will now make this our company’s specific hotel for all our future needs in the Dallas/Plano area. Thanks again!!!"

"We checked in on January 5, our first room was unacceptable. There was no bed skirt on one bed, the couch was disgusting, everything was dirty, there was a bug on the pillow. Walking into the building you were hit with a strong smell of marijuana, there were trash bags in the hallway, and the walls were disgusting. They were very nice and willing to switch us rooms but this next room was barely any better. With a red stain on the carpet that looked like blood, the seating (couch, desk chair, table chairs) was gross with stuff smeared on them and a cigarette burn on the couch, there were veggie straws behind the tv in the living room, and it looked like the table, dressers and night stands haven’t been wiped down in awhile. After a thorough Clorox wipe down, we thought a shower would help make us feel a little cleaner, only to have the water not drain well in the bathtub with small hairs coming up from the drain. I’m glad this was a one night stay, this hotel is in dire need of a good cleaning and updating."
