"My husband and I came here for a weekend getaway. Check in was super easy, the entry was inviting. After going up the room was very nice, spacious, and clean but we did not receive the room that we had booked online even though we had confirmation. When I called down to the front desk the young man stated there wasn't really anything he could do due to we booked through a 3rd party. I did not want to make a big deal about it and ruin our trip so we settled in. The weekend was very quiet we barely seen anyone else. The evening bartender Friday night was very sweet and personable as well as the gentleman that took our food order at the bar Saturday. Great location.. We were only 8 minutes in any direction from every store & restaurant you can think of. Sunday morning about 3:00-4:00am the power went out in the entire hotel. It was pitch black.. (I almost felt like I was in a horror movie) We used our flashlights to walk down 3 flights of stairs to the front desk. The gentleman informed us very non chalantly it will be back on in a few hours. Although we wanted to stay and get every penny worth we decided to pack up in the dark and make the hour in a half drive. It would have been nice to get some kind of communication regarding the wrong room and the power outage but no one reached out. Overall it wasn't too bad of an experience but a couple of hiccups along the way. REMINDER; Communication is everything."

"The hotel is clean and nice for the price. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast is not included and is quite overpriced, so I cannot recommend that. The main issue is that the website states they will price match any lower prices found online. In practice, they will not. Be wary of that."

"Front desk and bar staff were super friendly and polite. First class service people. Hotel is nice, clean smells very nice as well. Scented mists are tasteful and light. Pool area nice, Good location walking distance to lots of rest. Bars etc. rooms done well"

"I was pleasantly surprised. The room I got was a suite, not sure all are. It is clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows my type, the denser ones. The sitting area has its own tv which is at the desk so could be a monitor as well. The fridge comes with it. I also had a separate whirlpool tub room! The bathroom is roomy and water pressure in the shower is amazing. The breakfast was good. It is reasonable prices for a hotel, although my room got breakfast included. It is not a buffet. The coffee was good and they make coffee drinks should you like those. The location is a bit off-putting in that it is sort of a mixed use area. But lots of restaurants are in walking distance and I walked to my company office. The rooms were very quiet. I highly recommend."
