"If you need emergency vet services, recommend North Dallas Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital. They were able to get our pup in right away when our regular vet couldn’t see him until late in the day. We experienced friendly staff and clean facility. They were empathetic to our anxious pup and took time with their assessment. They were up front about costs and didn’t try to over sell possibly unnecessary services. The cost was “reasonable” relative to what we pay for a sick visit at our usual vet. They provided us with detailed verbal and written explanation of their assessment and treatment plan. We received a follow call this AM checking in to see how he was doing. Highly recommend!"

As a veterinarian myself I was impressed at the high quality of care and the efficiency and compassion of the staff. Dr. Ramirez was especially lovely and accommodating. Although I hope there are no more emergencies with my pets, I would happily take any of them here if a problem arises."
