"I have stayed here 3 different times and have had the best experiences Steven from the start was the absolute best for his customer service. For him alone I will make future reservations there. It’s a great hotel comfortable and quiet. Will be back for sure."

"Didn't have a good experience here. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is an additional 22 dollars for sub par buffet food. Service is were this hotel needs some help. Let outside vendors go into my personal room when I was away from my room eating breakfast. I had a do not disturb on my door and all my personal items in my room. Walked in to two men doing maintenance work without permission to enter my room standing by my bed messing with a light on my wall. Called the front desk and was told.. "They had a schedule to maintain and they were remodeling." Manager Sabrina Gardner was appalling in the response stating.. "I'm sure all your items are accounted for...." Never received a call back from her manager as well. Lack of respect and understanding of the situation. Poor deescalation skills...So I escalated it myself to corporate. I hope this hotel takes guests privacy and human rights into consideration more and learns proper etiquette on making guests feel safe. To have two men working in your room with the door shut with all my stuff in there in absolutely unacceptable. Here is the photo of the maintenance items they needed so badly to install and to perform during normal hours (not check out) and going into guests rooms without permission."

"Buckle up, cuz there’s a LOT!!!: 1) they’re under construction yet, You have no way of knowing until you get there and find that things like the elevator is half pieced together, which, in itself is kind of scary when riding in 2) we purchased a room with “club level access”, something we have done before, and enjoyed. And come to find out not only was it not in service due to the construction, but they were denying that we could even use it. Despite The fact you could see it clearly on our reservations and that we paid more for it. This itself is very misleading, considering that they let anyone purchase it, but only certain teirs use it. 3) the phone didn’t work, unless it was on speaker and even though we complained and asked for a new one, it never got fixed/or got a new one 4) The beds did not seem like two queen beds, but more like two double beds, and were extremely uncomfortable. the top comforter literally felt like two sheets put together, which was something interesting that I’ve never encountered in all of using Marriott hotels. I asked for an extra comforter, which took like 30 minutes to get and it was just an additional tiny sheet comforter. 5) the so called breakfast that is now downstairs and they’re trying to sell people on was $20 per person, for your basic breakfast items you’d get in a continental breakfast for free somewhere else. Overall, it’s a shame that hotel is losing so much of what it possibly could be! The area is beautiful and there’s several little restaurants and things that you can do and walk around and enjoy. But we won’t be back. ;("

"Quick stay at Sheraton while visiting the area. We booked a king room and later learned it was unavailable due to construction, not ideal but after a bit of room shuffling, we accepted the double queen in the newly renovated wing. Our room accommodations in the renovated area, were much better than the dark and dated room we were initially offered. Necessities and a rising side table if preferred for working/etc was unique. Overall a nice, convenient location, modern amenities as they are currently upgrading. Staff we encountered were friendly, however did not follow through on requests, instead, we needed to leave our room to ask for the items again. We ordered light dinner bites which were okay, we did not have the buffet breakfast and opted to go pick something up nearby. To be honest as a Bonvoy member, we expected more, will likely stay elsewhere when visiting in the future."

"I love that the conference I attended was on site, which made things easier for my commute and travel accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar staff is awesome. I ordered buffalo cauliflower and a chicken quesadilla. It was nice to be able to grab food at the bar, then go up to my room to rest."
