"I stay here every time I come to DFW which is at least once a month. Front desk is great, rooms are great, price is comparable. Close to where I need to be, but nothing food-wise in walking distance which is a bummer. Tried the hotel restaurant/bar and it was awful, mainly the service, I mean 0 stars for that. Otherwise I like the hotel itself."

"As the Instructor for the Frisco ISD Aspire Program based at Hotel Indigo Frisco, I am thrilled to witness the remarkable growth of our interns throughout their journey with the program. From day one, where many had never worked or completed simple hospitality tasks, to mid-year, where they are now successfully completing multi-step tasks in their assigned departments, the progress has been truly inspiring. "Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Show up on Friday to check in. Are given a room that is different from the room that we booked. What ever can move on from this. Stay one night in the wrong room and go out the next day. When we come back to the hotel our room keys don't work. Come to find out we were never even put into their system. We are also told we are supposed to be on the 5th floor not the 4th floor where they put us. So now they switch us to a different room on the third floor. Still not even close to the same room that we paid for. Now again we stay the night in another wrong room. Go out for our second day and when we come back we speak to the desk about us wanting to be in the room that we paid for. They move us BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ROOM ON THE 4TH FLOOR! So this hotel has us moving all over the place everyday like a bunch of refugees and their excuse? "It's because you booked through a third party" so not only have we not gotten the room that we paid for but they have placed the blame on US for THEIR mistakes. All of this on top of the buildings craftsmanship looking like this place was built and maintained by a child. Will NEVER stay at another IHG hotel again. Do yourself a favor. Book at a Hilton."

"A great hotel with great service. I was able to check in early because I had an early meeting and didn’t wanna leave my things in my vehicle. They accommodated me. The bar was great. The food was great, and the hotel was close to the Dallas cowboy training facility called the Star. It is definitely my go to hotel when I’m in Frisco."

"Less impressed. Hotel is nice but the staff is careless. For the price of rooms, I had a lot higher expectations. The shower in our room had NO hot water, we had warm water at best. When I informed the front desk they just said "Really? I'm sorry". No fridge in the room either, which is odd for an "upscale" hotel. Also be prepared to pay dog fees if you have a support animal. I called ahead and the front desk told me specifically support animals are accepted without a fee, turns out it's only "service animals". I would've booked next door at Hilton and not paid an additional $50."
