"First time checking into this hotel. Very poor front desk attitude - not customer friendly. Booked my room through Bonvoy App and forgot to apply my corporate discount. I kindly asked if they could do that at the front desk for me. They first just said “no - you have to do it yourself”. No real solutions. Then the manager appeared and began to give me reasons why she couldn’t do it, as opposed to “here is what I can do”. I guess being Silver Elite and having my company have people here all of the time doesn’t count for much anymore. I’ll be asking my employees, contractors and consultants to stay somewhere else. Disappointing. Marriott should consider training their people on customer service with a smile as opposed to arguing about why they can’t do a simple task. They used to be good."
"Really love this hotel. From the min you walk in. The staff is amazing. It’s modern. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. I’ll be back for sure. I’ve enjoyed the Starbucks and the lobby bar for food and beverages."
"We had a great time here! The rooms were super clean and very modern. My only complaint is the parking. Very limited free parking and it costs $25 to valet overnight. I was also initially charged more than what the total was when I booked. I asked about this and the lady said they charge more that way in case you get drinks or food it can be charged to your room but if it is not used, the money is refunded in 5-7 days. I find this kind of odd especially since they did not tell me this up front. But the money was refunded. Just a warning to people who have a tight budget!"
"Absolutely loved staying here. Clean, Upscale, and super comfortable bed. Our hotel experience exceeded our expectations. Love AC hotels. This AC hotel pricing was competitive compared to others in the area. We were super close to shopping and restaurants in the area that we wanted to explore. Will definitely return next time we're in Dallas."
"We LOVE staying at AC Marriotts. This facility was no exception. Starting with the valet, they accommodated our need to drop off our bags and hold the car for us for that brief pit stop. Micah, at the front desk, was a dream! Friendly with our kid, informative, and helped us with all our needs! Bonus was the Starbucks connected to the hotel and being close to the Dallas training facility. 100% would stay again! Next time we’ll spend more time to enjoy drinks & dinner!"
