"Staying here for a basketball tournament and it's in a perfect location to access the gym, food and laundry facilities. The room was comfortable and quiet. Front desk staff was helpful when I inquired about nearby places. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is terrible. I gave it 2 stars because it is clean, has good staff, and is in a good location. The walls are paper thin. My neighbors are not loud and i feel like I'm in their room with them. You can hear the bubbles in the plumbing when the next door toilet flushes. The beds are hard, uncomfortable, and loud. You can smell breakfast food through the walls. The online check in and keyless entry did not work and we had to wait more than 15 min to check in, with 3 other people who also checked in online. This hotel is not cheap, it is a Hilton, and it should be better. You cannot get a good night's rest here. There are dozens of other places nearby at the same price point. This was my 1st and last stay at a Tru by Hilton."

"This is a great place! Stayed many times... only complaint I would have is they seem to run out of things like, flavor creamer, orange juice and even forks for breakfast. All minor issues. Staff, rooms and service all was Amazing!"

"Great Location. Terrible customer service and maintenance of rooms. Upon arrival with a confirmed 2 rooms I was only checked into 1 room. They cancelled the other and then made me a new reservation for the other room at a higher price. Get to the rooms. 1 was more average in terms of floor cleanliness etc. The other room the TV did not work. Called front desk they said we will drop rate $10 if you stay in the room with no TV. NO! So they moved us to another room. This room had a working TV but wires just hanging from the bed frame where a lamp belonged. The other night stand had nothing on it, and our other room had a table lamp so we knew one was to be expected. The blind would not stay up it just kept falling, so in a dark room with no lamps that wasn't easy to deal with. The liquid soaps in this room were all the same by the sink and 2 of the 3 were the same in the shower. I read reviews and was worried before stay, this hotel has potential but falls short for a big name chain. Reported all of the above and more issues we experienced and nothing was done. Not even an extra towel or bottle of water as an apology. My best recommendation for this hotel is stay elsewhere. I’ve added pictures and happy to send you my confirmation from staying at this hotel in May. I was emailed by a new manager post visit that had been there a week and he offered nothing other than “I’m sorry.” My reservation was at the Tru Frisco Dallas."
