I hired Freddy to completely renovate our rental property that had been destroyed by tenants. There were holes punched in just about every wall and door in the house. The floors were ruined, doors were broken, there was water damage, paint or tar on the exterior brick and windows, and it was a filthy mess. Freddy assessed the damage, and worked with us to determine what we needed to replace, and what we could repair/salvage in order to stay within our budget.
