There’s a reason it’s against the law in so many states now, it’s an amputation of their first knuckle causing SEVERE pain and arthritis as they age. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. "I have lived here for over three years now and I have to say this is by far the best place I have lived in that has been under the control of a management company. Linda, the main lady at the office, is super approachable and understanding, they don't gouge you for being a couple days late on rent! The apartments are nice and clean, no issues with mold. The apartments also have laundry available in the basement for only $1 per load (they aren't trying to make money off you doing your laundry!) But they also have washer/dryer hookups in the units. Billy, the maintenance man, is extremely responsive, and will be there within a couple hours on a normal business day! He's even come in on a Sunday to help with some water issues that were coming from the apartment above us! We had some small problems with spiders in our apartment, but we just called Linda and she had a pest control company out the very next day! Also, when we moved in, Linda told us our rent for the unit we were planning on moving to, but when we actually looked at the unit, Linda realized it was actually a bigger unit, which should have costed more. However, Linda actually honored the price she quoted us at in the first place, giving us a discount on a bigger apartment! No management company would ever do that! They also are working on renovating all the older units, we have had our windows replaced, the decks outside the units replaced, and they just painted the entire exterior building! Lastly, they have only raised our rent twice in three years, they give plenty of notice when they do need to raise it, and they've only raised it by $20 each time! Most of the tennants here tend to stay a long time, and it's completely understandable why! I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! And I can't recommend this place enough to anyone who might be looking for a new apartment!"
