"Rooms are disgusting and smell walls and bed turning yellow from smoke because you can't even open the window seen roaches in bathroom 80 a night and it's the worst rooms I've ever seen and most the staff are rude and unprofessional one exit down hwy off zumbehl candlewood suites are a dollar cheaper on weekdays and has full kitchen and working windows and so much nicer rooms I'm so happy they wouldn't extend my stay and caused me to find such a better place"

"Walked into the room and went to put drinks in fridge. Opened to find a dead cockroach in it. Closed it and there was a live one crawling on the outside. Immediately grabbed our little but we had (thank goodness) went back to front desk. The lady was very polite. Tried to seem shocked but u can tell she knew. But she gladly refunded our money right then and was friendly and apologetic."

"It's not as bad as the reviews before me said it's quiet rooms were clean at least mine was ac worked great cable TV and no bugs"

"The room was quiet and looked OK at 1st glance. I am glad I had a room with 2 beds so I could pick which one to sleep in. The room reeked of bowel and extra heavy cigarette smoke and you could smell crack smoke from the next room. There was also trash behind the dresser. When I asked to be switched to a different room, I was given the option of helping me get checked out. Never again."

"SUPER GROSS!!! Smelled awful, carpet was sticky, hair in the shower, HAND PRINTS ON THE CEILING, carved stuff on the door frames, graffiti, fridge was absolutely disgusting, only had 1 towel to shower with and 1 washcloth which were both dirty. I went to leave at 6am and check out and I couldn't get anyone to the front to help me so I left the key. They called me at 1130am telling me I need to check out. I explained thay I left the key and he said no there are people in my room. I said no I checked out and then hung up. The ONLY good thing about the place is the location."
